Mechanosaurus is a demolition vehicle from the Robots in Disguise portion of the Aligned continuity family.

Mechanosaurus is Crasher Casey's Triceratops-themed demolition rig. In addition to the horns and articulated claws, Mechanosaurus is equipped with a pair of shield-mounted flamethrowers. Casey and her rig are the reigning champions at the Crown City Rumbledome.

Mechanosaurus was pitted against Truckalodon as the main event at the Rumbledome, and despite taking a solid hit from the other rig's spiked tail, Casey was able to use Mechanosaurus's arms to upend Truckalodon, winning the match. As she was collecting the trophy, Groundpounder arrived to challenge Mechanosaurus. With Farnum's agreement, Casey and Mechanosaurus faced the newcomer in combat, and after a shaky start, were able to land a couple of blows and pin their opponent against the arena wall. At that point, Groundpounder's manager, Headlock began disconnecting cables on Mechnosaurus's underside, disabling the metal beast. Groundpounder was able to pick up and throw the entire rig, and Casey had to abandon dinosaur as the Decepticon pounded it into scrap. The Champ
