The dilapidated town of Median was abandoned and remote, its only point of interest being that it contained the ruins of two ancient factories. Said factories were formerly used by the Quintessons to manufacture Cybertronians, one facility destined to the production of service robots, the other one to the construction of military ones. The latter also contained an urn which served as imprisonment for the Heart of the Dragon, Brimstone's personality component. A team of scientists comprised of Flip Sides, Glyph, Greenlight, Lancer, and Strika was stationed on Median to study said ruins. Later, an Elite Guard squad composed of Dion, Ironfist, Metalhawk, Over-Run, and the Combaticons was sent there to protect them from an impending attack by the Stormtroopers and their allies, who planned on stealing the Heart of the Dragon.Flames of Yesterday
