A team of police officers had sealed off Kingdom Petrochemicals after an explosion when a couple of strange trucks hauled up. One police officer stopped them, as the whole site was a restricted area, but the driver handed over authorization that was apparently all in order, and the police officer told Hank to let the trucks through.
