Michael Vibede Vanting was the Hasbro Global Brand Marketing Director of the Transformers brand. A Scandinavian, he worked at Hasbro Nordic for five years before applying for and securing a job in International Marketing at Hasbro US for the company's self-created boys properties. As of 2020 he's now a Senior Marketing Manager at Lego.<ref>Michael Vanting at LinkedIn</ref> To be fair that's a lot closer to home.
