Michael York-Johnson (born March 27, 1942) is a British actor. York has had a successful and prolific career as a Shakespearean stage actor...and is probably best known for his role as Basil Exposition from the Austin Powers films, or as that guy from Logan's Run. In voice acting, York has played Ares on Justice League Unlimited, Count Vertigo on Batman: The Animated Series, Kanto on Superman: The Animated Series, Dr. Nuvo Vindi on Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Bob Cratchit in the 1997 animated version of A Christmas Carol, King in A Monkey's Tale, Sherlock Holmes in Tom and Jerry Meet Sherlock Holmes, Mason Fairbanks on The Simpsons and the Forever King on Ben 10: Alien Force.
