Millisec is a hero who moves fast, courtesy of technological enhancements from Professor Black. He brings the fight to the evil Autobots in Detroit.

Shattered Glass Animated

Millisec was an enemy of Isaac Sumdac who typically operated solo. At Soundwave's suggestion, Detroit's heroes, including Millisec, teamed up to form the Heroic Youths Battling Robots Infesting Detroit. Millisec helped capture the Autobots so Soundwave could place them in a virtual world and try to turn them good.
