When Megatron found the Mini-Con Moonbase a little harder to gain entrance to than initially expected, he had the Mini-Con Moonbase breacher either built or sent from Cybertron per space bridge. With it, he tunneled himself a way around the security and right to the area the Mini-Cons from Earth were being held captive. Megatron abandoned it then to hunt Mini-Cons and unless it was destroyed during the Decepticons' rampage through the base, Armada #10 it ended up collecting moondust inside the Moonbase after it was evacuated.
