The Ministry of Energy and Nutrition is an establishment on Cybertron during the early days of the Great War. It has a division especially to deal with fuel spills.

[edit]In his younger days, Crankcase was a menial janitor in the ministry's fuel spill division, but his fellow workers bullied him terribly. As a result, he joined the Decepticons, and once Megatron had supplied him with a new, more powerful body, he returned to the ministry to attack it.
