Mitsuko Horie (堀江 美都子; Horie Mitsuko b. March 8, 1957) is a Japanese singer and voice actress who is famous for her work in anime as Sailor Galaxia in Sailor Moon Stars, Polaris Hilda from Saint Seiya, Upa from Dragon Ball, Obotchaman from Dr. Slump & Arale Chan and Professor Woodward in Little Witch Academia. In dubbing Horie voiced Maria in the second TBS dub of West Side Story, Stephanie in Grease 2, Linda Barrett in the Fuji TV dub of Fast Times At Ridgemont High, Mallory Keaton on the VHS dub of Family Ties and Judy Jetson on the VHS dub of The Jetsons.

With Transformers, she provided vocals for the song "Halleluyah" from Beast Wars Metals.
