- The Moon base captain is a human from the Super-God Masterforce cartoon portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
The Moon base captain may have lost two Moon bases to the Decepticons, but he's still the guy you want on your side when the brown stuff hits the rotating air convection device. Resourceful and brave, he'll do his darnedest to get everyone out alive.

The captain was in charge of the Weather Observatory Moon Base when it was attacked by Overlord. The crew were locked into one small room, but while his comrades were complaining about the conditions, the captain rigged up a makeshift weapon and was able to cut his way through the door. Splitting his men into two teams, the captain led two men though the corridors until they encountered Giga. Giga used a freeze ray to blast the two crewmen, but the captain was able to dodge long enough to return fire and score a glancing hit on Giga's shoulder pad. Outraged, Giga melodramatically zapped him, and the captain's frozen form hit the ground.
The venture wasn't totally for naught, as the other two crewmen used the time the diversion had bought them to send an emergency transmission to the Autobots on Earth. Help was soon dispatched in the form of God Ginrai. God Ginrai - Into the Sky!!

Some time later, promoted to commander, he was placed in charge of the Lunar Base. When it fell under attack from the Dinoforce, the commander ordered an evacuation. Though the Brainmasters had trouble fighting the Dinoforce, Star Saber soon turned up, and the commander told his subordinates they could relax. The Lunar Base was subsequently safely evacuated. The Brave Hero of the Universe - Star Saber The Lunar Base staff were all temporarily housed in Galaxy Base, but when the Dinoforce attacked that as well, the evacuees were taken back to Earth in the Shuttle Base.
