Moving Picture Company
Moving Picture Company (or simply MPC) is a visual effects and animation house located in Soho, London. Originally formed in 1970 as a production house before moving to the post-production sector in 1983, the studio is best known for their work on such blockbusters like Lara Croft: Tomb Raider, the Harry Potter films, the Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy, Watchmen, several live-action remakes released by Disney, Pokémon Detective Pikachu and the Godzilla MonsterVerse films from Legendary Pictures.
The studio contributed additional VFX sequences to Transformers: The Last Knight, mainly the scenes featuring the submerged HMS Alliance and the drone chase in London. Followed by Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, taking over VFX responsibilities from Industrial Light & Magic with WetaFX. The studio would also animate Blaster's cameo in the Chip N Dale Rescue Rangers film.
