Naoki Tatsuta
Naoki Tatsuta (龍田 直樹 Tatsuta Naoki, born September 8, 1950) is a veteran Japanese voice actor who is employed by Aoni Production and is best known as the voice of Oolong and several other characters in the Dragon Ball series, as well the assuming Narrator & the second voice of King Kai in Dragon Ball Super. Among other roles such as Koma in Beelzebub, Tonjit in One Piece, Yanaoka in Fighting Spirt, Buta Gorilla in Kiteretsu Daihyakka, Daima Jin in High School! Kimengumi, Poncho in Powerpuff Girls Z and Catbus in My Neighbor Totoro.
In terms of American dubbing, he is the current voice of Porky Pig in all Looney Tunes media, Dagget Doofus Beaver in The Angry Beavers, Rabbit in Winnie the Pooh, Mr. Ping in Kung Fu Panda, Sir Handel in Thomas & Friends, the Joker in The Batman, Alpha 5 in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie, Scrappy-Doo in the Scooby-Doo series, and Hank Hill in King of the Hill.
