Naotaka Hayashi (林 直孝; Hayashi Naotaka) (b. ????) is a Japanese animator, storyboard artist, and episode director. Hayashi's portfolio of work includes Birdy The Mighty: Decode, Seikon no Qwaser, and the Idolm@ster franchise.
