Negatronic force field

Negatronic force field emitters produce a type of energy shield. This technology was developed by the Vok. Swindle had the foresight to buy some off of them, lest someone might wish him harm.

When his human accomplices attempted to turn on him, Swindle deployed his personal Negatronic field and nullified their fire. The force field also allowed him to shield himself from his superweapon's ability to shut down any mechanical constructs. SUV: Society of Ultimate Villainy
