The Nyarath is a type of animal in Cobra-La's arsenal of biological weaponry. Their eggs resemble mushrooms and let off spores that the mother Nyarath can track from several thousand miles away.

[edit]In order to destroy the Autobot unit operating on Earth, Cobra-La paid Destro to lure them into a trap and infect them with Nyarath eggs. When the blissfully unaware Autobots subsequently returned to their base, Cobra-La used the mother Nyarath to track them down and send the Pretender Monsters to wipe them out.
