- O'Toole is a human from the live-action film continuity family.
O'Toole is a NASA technician. He has the misfortune of having to deal with the Wreckers on a day-to-day basis. At least he has Robert Epps to stick up for him.

His work was deemed unsatisfactory by Leadfoot and Roadbuster, who yelled at him at length and called him a nancy wanker. When O'Toole complained that he was just trying to help, Epps berated the two Wreckers, and they eventually left O'Toole alone. Dark of the Moon
O’Toole’s involvement in the preceding events, or events mostly similar, were also chronicled in the novel "Transformers: Dark of the Moon."
