According to Bumblebee, Megatron fell out of their ship somewhere over Cleveland, Ohio. Lugnut didn't take very kindly to hearing that... Lost and Found

Though there is no reference to Ohio in the episode, Cleveland, Ohio is the closest Cleveland to Detroit.

Titan movie comics

In a divergent timeline, the Decepticons succeeded at Mission City and conquered the United States. Barricade tore up part of Cincinnati, as part of a punitive campaign against America-Autobot relations. Revolution Part 1

Shortly after this, a huge force of Decepticons under Hardtop advanced towards Cincinnati, with Ohio's police force unable to engage or knowing what to do. Luckily, Stockade's "New Decepticons" intervened and reprogrammed Hardtop's drones, turning the invading force into a friendly one. Revolution Part 2
