As the war dragged on over countless millennia, both sides found their numbers depleted and so created a number of M.T.O.s to make up the shortfall. These Made-To-Order soldiers were named after the military battles or campaigns that initiated their construction, such as Dipstick of Operation: Doom Patrol. Twenty Plus One
