Having survived the Legislators' attack on Crystal City, the Circle of Light's subsequent abduction by Tyrest, their torture at his hands and a further battle against the Legislators when breaking out of Tyrest's cells, Outrigger elected to remain behind on Luna 1 under the command of Fortress Maximus, the new Duly Appointed Enforcer of the Tyrest Accord. In the months that followed, Outrigger set up a series of videos he called Rummaging Through History, aided by his camerabot Beak. Tagging along for his vlog (though after having live-streaming forbidden), Outrigger was attacked by Fangry before Maximus saved him. When Red Alert found the Necrobot's cape, Outrigger briefly listened to the security officer's concerns about the Benzene Cluster before Maximus called their attention to Tailgate within an isolation chamber. Outrigger put forth the idea to hook up Beak's super-optics to the chamber where they discovered evidence suggesting Tailgate succumbed to spontaneous spark combustion. Sardines

Upon returning to Luna 1, Outrigger was asked by a fully-restored Beak to go with him back to Cybertron, to which he agreed. Last Light
