Overcast is a Gigantion Mini-Con from the Cybertron portion of the Unicron Trilogy continuity family.
How do you type with missiles for hands?

Overcast is the leader of the Giant Planet Mini-Con Team, a gang of Gigantion Mini-Con rebels. His self-image is incredibly over-inflated, even though his main goal in life seems to be little more than to cause trouble for others through pranks and vandalism. A classic bully, he bullies his teammates as well, mostly the spineless Deepdive. After all, Longarm can pound him into the dirt.

How do you ever expect to get an eye patch, mustache, or robotic arm like this, unless you join up with a shady band of missionaries? Oh, crap, I did it again! Mercenaries, I meant mercenaries! We do bad stuff!

 • Accessories: 2 missiles
Cybertron Overcast transforms into a modified :}}P6M SeaMaster|. He has pressure-launch missile launchers under both wings which become his robot-mode arms; presumably the "claws" holding the missiles in place are his actual "hands". As a Mini-Con, he can attach to larger bots that have compatible Powerlinx plugs.
In an undocumented feature, as shown to the right, his chest piece can be repositioned to sit flush with his body. The instructions and stock images otherwise have Overcast's chest resting against his crotch. Meanwhile, the joint connecting this piece to his body is gray in stock images, compared to the final product's purple.
He was only available in a three-pack with his teammates Deepdive and Longarm, sold in the eighth wave of Cybertron Scout-class toys. This set also happens to be the final new mold-set released in the Scout assortment, and is one of several Cybertron Scout molds not sold in the Takara Galaxy Force version of the line.
This mold was also used to make Astro-Line and the 2010 Transformers line's Airlift. The hypothetical Blue Max would've used this mold, but there's no evidence that figure was ever intended for release in the first place.

Notes

[edit]
 • The Giant Planet Mini-Con Team's packaging marks them as Decepticon-allied, though the toys do not have any faction symbols other than the sculpted Mini-Con sigil.
 • Overcast's personality is written in reference to :}}Strong Bad| of :}}Homestar Runner|, with the others filling out the remainder of the Brothers Strong.
