Leozack and the Dinoforce stole energy from a power plant in an oil refinery in Pakistan. They were attacked by Victory Leo who was on patrol nearby, then the Brainmasters arrived to stop Victory Leo from attacking, and then eventually Star Saber arrived. Victory Leo charged at Leozack, thinking that battle had been renewed by Star Saber's arrival, but Star Saber instead restrained Victory Leo, who attacked him in a rage. Star Saber eventually convinced him that the fight was in space, and they combined into Victory Saber and blasted off. The Tide Is Turned! The Ultimate Weapon, the Victory Unification
