Paul Buckley is a military medic assigned to the United Nations taskforce investigating the disappearance of 212 humans (and several transformers) in Ginza, Tokyo.

The Transformers Trilogy

Paul Buckley and his partner Joe Torres accompanied Franklin Townsend and Spike Witwicky to Hugo Fortuna's home in Virgina, where they oversaw Fortuna's interrogation.

While Townsend and Spike investigated Fortuna's basement, Fortuna and Paul were both killed. Joe Torres claimed Fortuna was killed by Paul, who said "God may forgive you, but I won't." before killing himself.

Spike strongly suspected that Joe Torres had in fact killed both men, but Torres's subsequent death left the matter unresolved. Hardwired
