Paul Mercier (July 13, 1962–) is an American voice actor. Some of his well known roles includes being the second voice of Leon S. Kennedy in the Resident Evil franchise, Specter in SOCOM: U.S. Navy SEALs, Bear in .hack//SIGN, Chiimama in Burn Up Excess, Private Miller in Call of Duty: World at War, Jacques Blanc in Onimusha 3: Demon Siege, and Lieutenant Colonel William Bishop in Ace Combat Assault Horizon.
