Special Agent Pinkett is a member of the FBI. He's not very expressive. In fact Sam Witwicky thinks he might be more robotic than Optimus Prime.

Pinkett was among the FBI agents sent to pick up Sam and take him to see Charlotte Mearing after the United States government decided to exile the Autobots from Earth. He was waiting in a car outside Sam's apartment when Sam arrived back from Dylan Gould's party. Despite Witwicky cracking wise, Pinkett persuaded him to peacefully get into a car and drove him to rendezvous with Mearing at an air field. Dark of the Moon
