The Plasma Energy Chamber (プラズマエネルギーチェンバー Purazuma Enerugī Chenbā) is the combined form of the plasma energy-powered Targetmasters Caliburst, Aimless, and Blowpipe.

As part of Old Snake's plot to destroy all Transformers in the Legends World, the Concurrence-allied terrorist leader used his disguise as Spike Witwicky to facilitate Slugslinger acquiring a transtector, along with stealing Aimless and Blowpipe from their nominal partners. Combining the three Targetmasters into one weapon named after the Plasma Energy Chamber, Sluglslinger was able to use Caliburst's ability to fire anti-electrons to paralyze Transformers while the combined weapon's plasma energy ate away at their bodies.

To save their friends, Shaoshao Li, Sue Faireborn, and White Lune used their organic nature to make the weapon ineffective against them and managed to stop Slugslinger and break the Plasma Energy Chamber apart. LG55 Targetmaster Slugslinger
