As far as appearances go, the "plasma cannon grannybot" has deception nailed down.

The grannybot had business on Spaceport CSSB-16, where she was attacked by three hoodlums. When it was clear they weren't going to leave her alone, she transformed into her plasma cannon mode and vaporized her assailants. The Wreckers: Finale Part 1

Notes

[edit]
  • The comic pages do not identify the granny-bot's alternate mode as a plasma cannon. This information is in the script.
  • The grannybot sports the same "skull with a lighting 'do" symbol on her arm that Cybertron Cannonball (and since other Cannonballs) has on the roof of his car mode. Cannonball's symbol is not part of the grannybot's original design; the pages for "The Wreckers: Finale Part 1" were created in 2004 and Cannonball did not exist until 2006. It appears the symbol was slapped on later when Fun Publications readied the pages for publication in 2007, which explains why only one panel features the symbol when it should also be visible elsewhere and why the symbol is at an unusual angle, being upright only when the grannybot has her arms stretched out. Why the symbol was added remains a mystery, but 2007 was the year in which Fun Publications released "The Dark Heart of Sandokan", Cannonball's story debut, concurrent with his refreshed toy release.
