Pluto is a small, icy world first discovered by humans in 1930, and recognized as the ninth planet in the Solar System until quite recently. It is now considered a dwarf planet.

In Transformers fiction, one depiction of Mortilus has him being known by the Greek version, [[wikipedia:{{#if:|:}}Hades|{{#if:||Hades}}]].
  • In real life, Pluto reached its current classification in 2006, when scientists [[wikipedia:{{#if:|:}}Planets beyond Neptune|{{#if:voted to declassify|voted to declassify|Planets beyond Neptune}}]] Pluto as a planet.
  • In a long story outside the scope of this wiki, some real-world scientists believe there might be a [[wikipedia:{{#if:|:}}Planet Nine|{{#if:large ninth planet|large ninth planet|Planet Nine}}]] lurking somewhere in the outer reaches of the solar system.
