Powdered Sugar is an electro-mechanical<ref>In "SUV: Society of Ultimate Villainy", Powdered Sugar was disabled by Swindle's device which shut down electro-mechanical devices.</ref> unicorn with special abilities, including flight and beam and projectile weapons that emanate from its horn. It is partnered with the human supervillain, Professor Princess.

Professor Princess and Powdered Sugar found a heavily damaged Starscream lying in a field after battling the Autobots. Princess painted him up to look all pretty, but the nasty robot got mad and flew away. Whatever Happened To Whatisname?
Powdered Sugar and Professor Princess attacked a toy store where Bulkhead and Sari Sumdac were shopping. Bulkhead pinched Powdered Sugar's laser horn as it was about to fire, causing it to explode, leaving only its head intact. Sound and Fury
After Professor Princess joined the Society of Ultimate Villainy (SUV), Powdered Sugar helped carry off an extremely large sack of dolls she stole as part of a robbery. In a second robbery, Powdered Sugar blew up a padlocked gate with a beam from its horn. Later, Powdered Sugar was disabled by Swindle's new invention. Sari Sumdac teamed up with the SUV in order to stop Swindle. Powdered Sugar and Bumblebee were dragged into Powell Tower and given force fields. The team-up then attacked Swindle and Powdered Sugar got a shot in in the form of a rainbow lightning blast. Powdered Sugar ended up blasting Bumblebee with that same rainbow lightning blast. Swindle was disabled, and the Autobot/SUV team-up quickly fell apart. Bumblebee shot back with his stinger and Powdered Sugar was not seen again after the smoke from the explosion cleared.
