The Primal Vanguard troopers are Transformers from the End of G1 Universe portion of the Generation 1 continuity family (via New Legends).

The "Primal Vanguard troopers" loyally serve the Prime Council.

Following their leader Delta Magnus, the troopers opened fire on the newly-returned Lio Convoy and Bluebolt, refusing to recognize the authority of anyone not a Prime. Age of Primes

Notes

• Based on the color scheme, these individuals are presumably successors to Powerdrive, the buggy drone who became a previous holder of the Delta Magnus name.
• Their body-type is a virtual redeco of Power of the Primes Legends Class Beachcomber.
• Evidently, this virtual recoloring exists because the accompanying Delta Magnus is drawn according to the Studio Series Commander Class Ultra Magnus mold, which lacks a companion module of its own. Lead artist Hayato Sakamoto is known to obsess over toy detail like that.
