Downloading the tarball installer, which comes with several skins and extensions. You can copy and paste the skins/ directory from it.
Downloading individual skin tarballs from mediawiki.org.
Using Git to download skins.

Doing this should not interfere with your Git repository if you're a MediaWiki developer.

If you have just modified LocalSettings.php: Double-check the skin names for typos.

Primax 1103.12-R Gamma is the universal stream designation of the Beast Machines universe seen in "Worlds Collide, Part 4 of 4", taking its specifications from the release date of the issue. The "R" is because it is the rightmost Primax universe glimpsed. Presumably the Beast Wars universe glimpsed on the same page would be Primax 1103.12-L Gamma.
