Prowl's Pursuit

Prowl's Pursuit is an online game tying in with the Kre-O toyline. It was made available on Kre-O Nation in 2013. It is a vertical-scrolling driving game not unlike the 1983 game Spy Hunter, even sporting similar music.

Plot

[edit]

The Decepticons are driving on human roads! Prowl is the only one who can stop them, by driving them off the road while carefully avoiding harm to the inhabitants of Earth.

Gameplay

[edit]
Screw it, I'm playing as Barricade. Outta my way, fleshies!

Prowl can be driven up the road at high speed using the arrow keys. Certain cars are marked as Decepticons, which Prowl can nudge until they crash, giving the player an indeterminate number of points. Hitting a civilian car will cause the player to lose 100 points. This also counts if the Decepticon hits a civilian car. Or two civilian cars bump each other. Additionally every time Prowl hits something, his shield decreases until it's game over.

On each level, a certain number of Decepticon targets must be destroyed. Each level increases the number of Decepticon targets, and there are four levels in total until the player "wins".

Notes

[edit]
  • Amusingly, if Prowl comes to a complete halt, the road quickly becomes deserted.
