Questor

The Questors are a Decepticon subgroup from Alternity portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

They drive now!

The Questors (クエスターズ Kuesutāzu) are an elite trans-dimensional force gathered by Megatron from various universes to aid him in defeating the Alternity. Though not fully higher-dimensional beings themselves, their sparks are encased in alternium, which will allow them to eventually evolve to this state. Their appointed commander is the old "silver snake" himself, Starscream.

Alternity

Though Megatron was able to rampage across the dimensions, destroying whole galaxies, he found himself outmaneuvered by the Alternity, his predations undone. Thus, reluctantly, he set out to share his power with worthy candidates. Rebuilding them into bodies that would eventually serve as their auto-avatars upon their ascension, he sent his new Questors out to bring about the twilight of the gods! Foreshadows
