Racer-kun is a Cybertron Jr from the First Transformers continuity.

Racer-kun (レーサーくん Rēsā-kun) is a speedy robot who can get you wherever you need to be in record time. He wishes to be your friend!

One of three Playskool First Transformers toys released in 1986, the "Race Car" transforms from an adorable Le Mans-style race car into a robot in just a few short steps. When rolled along in car mode, the "driver" in the cockpit bobs up and down.
Takara released all three in Japan without changes the following year, giving the Race Car the moniker "Racer-kun".
Playskool re-released the three in new packaging (a generic box for all three types) in 1993, each with some very minor differences. In the Race Car's case, these were all sticker changes: the driver's visor changed from red to yellow (probably to look friendlier), the racing livery's colors changed around and the circled "2" design was simplified, and his robot-mode eye stickers became a simpler white-with-black-robo-pupils, as opposed to the original's more robotty yellow-and-blue design.
