Rafael Pacheco

Rafael Pacheco (February 17, 1972 - ) is a Mexican voice actor. He is best known as the voice of Ikki in the Saint Seiya, Bandit in Bluey, Brock Rumlow/Crossbones in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Marvin the Martian in The Looney Tunes Show, Yasochika Iemura in Bleach and Kevin Levin in the Ben 10 franchise.
