Ragtop is the sensor officer of the Terrastar. They're informal, and pessimistic.

Fiction

Beast Wars: Uprising

Ragtop was one of a crew of Maladroids who stole the Terrastar and made a break for another galaxy, in defiance of the Convoy Council's edict. Almost immediately on arriving in the Triangulum Galaxy, next to a nice-lookin' blue-green planet, Ragtop noticed they'd been followed. Lockjaw suggested using the planet to hide, rather than fight, but as Vapor Lock set a course, Ragtop muttered they were all gonna die. Shut up, Ragtop! Pretty soon after, the Skriix showed up to try and make good on Ragtop's prediction, resulting in the Terrastar being shot down trying to defend those lousy Commandrons. The Inexorable March
