Reynolds

Major Reynolds is a human from the Dark of the Moon game portion of the movie continuity family.
"Urgh, So dark! Are you sure you're not from The Transformers: The Movie???"

Reynolds is a major from the NEST team who assists Optimus with battling Decepticons.

Reynolds provided the location of an abandoned Soviet relay facility, which he believed was a Decepticon hideout and the perfect place to upload Wheeljack's virus to monitor the Decepticons' transmissions. After battling Decepticons with the aid of Optimus Prime and Sideswipe, Bumblebee was able to upload the virus.

With the virus upload a success, it was revealed that the Decepticons had been attacking many locations around the world without the Autobots even knowing. Reynolds reported an attack on Detroit to Optimus Prime and requested assistance with the evacuation. Optimus sent Ratchet and Ironhide to assist and take out the leader of this attack, Mixmaster.

Much later, Sideswipe was tasked with investigating Decepticon activity in a Mayan location, but went missing. Mirage was re-tasked with this assignment. Reynolds warned Mirage of Starscream's presence and suggested that he seek cover in a tunnel. Reynolds offered further support, but Mirage declined, and Reynolds thought Mirage was showing off and said that he was getting blown up. Mirage was thrown off the bridge, and when Reynolds asked for a status report, Mirage reported that he couldn't transform and use his Stealth Force weapons, so Reynolds had Wheeljack send a weapons package for Mirage. When Mirage asked what weapons he was talking about, Reynolds said it was whatever Wheeljack packed for him in his lunch box. Mirage was able to find the box and meet up with Bumblebee. They eventually managed to rescue Sideswipe, but Starscream launched a ship from the temple to communicate with Soundwave, and then retreated. Dark of the Moon (Xbox 360/PS3)

  • Unlike all the other characters in the game, Reynolds is not a CG character, but is instead portrayed by an actor in live action shots.
