Ric Formosa (also credited as Rick Formosa) (born September 1, 1954) is an Australian musician and composer. He is best known as one of the original members of the Australian rock group, the Little River Band, and was the conductor for Elizabeth and one of the composers of the soundtrack for Elizabeth: The Golden Age. Formosa was responsible for the music used during the cinematic sequences of Atari, Inc./Melbourne House's Transformers Armada video game, in which he composed the first officially orchestrated version of the original Transformers theme music since 1985.
