Rita went with Charlie out for a quiet drive through the woods along the [[wikipedia:{{#if:|:}}Columbia River Gorge|{{#if:||Columbia River Gorge}}]] in Northern Oregon. As they were talking about the beauty of the area, they came across a decidedly odd bridge and Rita suggested they'd drive over it to the other side. However, Charlie had to hit the brakes halfway through, because half the bridge was missing. Much time to wonder the couple had not, as suddenly before them appeared "some kind of monster", which also instantly blew up. While Charlie immediately turned the car around to get away, Rita queried what kind of bridge only goes halfway across and has monsters materialize on it. The Bridge to Nowhere!
