Robbins is a human from the cartoon portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Mr. Robbins is a science teacher at Benjamin Franklin Pierce High School. Unfortunately, he has Martin and Roland as students, which makes his classes significantly more dangerous than average.

Mr. Robbins demonstrated a laser to his class. The laser was supposed to be low-powered, but instead burned a hole through the target board, a row of books and a window pane. Further casualties remained unreported. It took Mr. Robbins a full five seconds to realize that Roland and Martin were the likely culprits, and he assigned them the task of getting the blue ribbon at the science fair or he would flunk them both. He also assigned Elise Presser to help them. Mr. Robbins is a sadist.

As the boys' science experiment was destroyed in a battle against the Decepticons, presumably he flunked both of them. B.O.T.
