Rodolfo Bianchi

Rodolfo Bianchi (born September 1, 1952) is an Italian voice actor. He is Chuck Norris's official Italian voice, but he also voiced Sarge in Cars, Major Chip Hazard in Small Soldiers, David Banner in The Incredible Hulk, Zenigata in newer Lupin the IIIrd productions and Robin in the 60's Batman series.
