If you have just installed MediaWiki

You probably installed from Git, or directly from the source code using some other method. This is expected. Try installing some skins from mediawiki.org's skin directory, by:

Downloading the tarball installer, which comes with several skins and extensions. You can copy and paste the skins/ directory from it.
Downloading individual skin tarballs from mediawiki.org.
Using Git to download skins.

Doing this should not interfere with your Git repository if you're a MediaWiki developer.

If you have just modified LocalSettings.php: Double-check the skin names for typos.

Rogue Star

Rogue Star is a starship from the GoBots continuity family.

Not to be confused with him.

Rogue Star is the Renegade flagship. Cy-Kill is often its commander.

Ask Vector Prime

In Gargent 087.0 Kappa, Cy-Kill had the Spy Changers his lieutenants had rescued from the Guardians brought to Rogue Star, where he attempted to court the Spy Changers as allies. Ask Vector Prime, 2015/09/30

Notes

Rogue Star was referred to in the Challenge of the GoBots cartoon (rendered as "Roguestar") and Ask Vector Prime/Renegade Rhetoric with no article adjective. This is a less common but not unprecedented grammatical usage with ship names.
