Romeo Francisco (May 29, 1941–April 20, 2009) was a background and character designer on The Transformers and "The Transformers: The Movie", and a storyboard artist on Go-Bots. Better known as a storyboard artist, he also worked on G.I. Joe, Bionic Six, James Bond Jr., Batman, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
