On Nautica's orders, Glyph was assigned to make first contact with the natives. On account of the planet's high hostility rating, 6.481, Glyph was allowed to take on a bodyguard, recruiting her friend Tap-Out. When the duo arrived, Glyph, though speaking the words perfectly, had not observed the societal customs, and the natives unleashed a reptilian beast upon the Cybertronian duo. Tap-Out's easy victory over it, and the other beasts, won him the love of the native population. Overlooked, Glyph asked Tap-Out to try and speak to the natives only to wind up offending them into unleashing a cephalopod monstrosity which Glyph slew. When the natives began cheering Glyph, she soon came to understand that she had lacked the cultural understanding to hold conversations with the natives. Once the culture had been sufficiently analyzed, Glyph and Tap-Out returned to Cybertron, taking solace in each other's companionship. Transformers Valentine's Day Special
