Sam (transport boss)

Sam is a human from the Masterforce cartoon portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Sam (サム Samu) is the boss at one of Ginrai's regular delivery points. He gets on well with his men, partly because he freely shares his booze.

Sam welcomed Ginrai to the depot by tossing him a can of beer. Unfortunately a few moments later, the depot was attacked by Hydra and Buster, who aimed to turn Ginrai's co-workers against him by bringing their fight to his place of work. Their first bombardment damaged the offices, and Sam was struck in the shoulder by a piece of falling debris. Ginrai helped Sam to cover and told his co-workers to look after the injured man.

When the Decepticons' ploy succeeded in and Ginrai's co-workers started talking about getting rid of Ginrai, Sam pulled together the strength to tell them that they were idiots to believe that, pointing out that Ginrai was trying to protect him. His words had the desired effect. Later, as they gathered around Sam's bed in the hospital, Sam told Ginrai he believed that his Godmaster powers had been bestowed upon him by God to protect everyone with. Ginrai's co-workers apologized for doubting Ginrai, and Sam produced a bottle of Gordon's Gin. Eliminate the Godmaster Ginrai
