Mr. Schulte is a teacher in Griffin Rock who teaches one of Cody Burns's classes. He talks very slowly.

During one slow class day, Mr. Schulte announced that the class was taking a field trip to the dedication of the new clock tower. His students' enthusiastic celebration was cut short when he immediately after announced a pop quiz. Mr. Schulte and his students were endangered by falling debris when the clock tower was damaged, however after Cody accidentally traveled in time, he was able to change events so that the accident never happened and Mr. Schulte was never endangered. When Doc Greene's latest invention made the entire town sing, Mr. Schulte broke out with the Thriller dance. I Have Heard the Robots Singing Schilte gathered with the rest of town as the island flew back from the Arctic and subsequently helped keep the island in the air by powering the forcefield dome. Mr. Schulte was among the citizens abducted by the Velgrox, and was later surprised to discover that the Rescue Bots were sentient.
