Seafood Louis (also known as Crab Louis) is a dish consisting of artificial crab flakes mixed with mayonnaise and seasonings and is very delicious. It also has a slice of lemon on top. It was served at the following convention dinners:
Seafood Louis was apparently a popular item on the menu at the Grand Wayne Convention Center. As of August 2023, it is tragically no longer an option on the convention center's catering menu.
