Seaspray is an Autobot from the Prime cartoon portion of the Aligned continuity family.
"Figures I only get a visual appearance after I'm already dead."

Seaspray is a member of the Wreckers who fought alongside Wheeljack and Bulkhead. The latter Wrecker lovingly calls Seaspray "ol' Barnacle Butt."

During Wheeljack's travels, Seaspray came into contact with his former comrade, who arranged a meeting with him. However, the Decepticon Dreadwing rigged Seaspray's ship with explosives and blew it up, killing Seaspray in the process. Seaspray's death motivated Wheeljack into hunting down Dreadwing. Seaspray was one of the Autobots blacklisted by the High Council for associating with Optimus Prime. Enemy of My Enemy

  • The writers considered having Seaspray survive and appear in season three of Prime, but time constraints prevented more Wreckers being introduced into the show.
