Transformers: Shadows Rising

[edit]

During their search for a mysterious base located in the Pacific Ocean, a NEST team consisting of Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Sideswipe, Jay, and Vanessa, came under siege on their aircraft carrier by a Decepticon armada. As they made their way to assist the pinned-down Bravo team, a trio of F-22s swooped down out of the sky, to Jay's delight. However, their celebration was short-lived as the jets were quickly revealed not to be reinforcements, but Decepticon clones, transforming and landing on deck.

The Thundercracker look-alike leapt into battle, but was quickly stopped by Optimus, who grabbed it and booted it out of the way. While he was distracted, the Skywarp look-alike grabbed Optimus from behind and held him in place as it dug its buzzsaw into his back, while the Starscream look-alike went in for the killing blow. Jay and Vanessa managed to delay the Starscream look-alike long enough for Optimus to break free and cut off its saw, while the Skywarp look-alike disappeared, and the Thundercracker look-alike got back on its feet. Optimus grabbed the Starscream look-alike by the arm and swung it into the Thundercracker look-alike, sending them both tumbling into the ocean below.

The Skywarp look-alike then reappeared in the sky, launching its saw blade at the Autobot leader, which the humans blasted out of the way. Optimus then impaled the clone on one of his battle blades as it flew too close. However, it wasn't dead just yet, and while their guard was down, it got back up and began to spark with electricity. Realizing it was about to blow up, the Autobots and humans dived overboard just in time to avoid its blast.

Just as things seemed over, the Starscream look-alike reappeared underwater, launching a volley of torpedoes at the NEST team before attempting to attack them with its saw, only for Optimus to finish it off and smash it against the entrance of the secret base that the Decepticons had been guarding. Notes

[edit]
  • The Seeker clones share the same model as Human Alliance Skywarp (except for the Starscream-look alike, who uses movie Starscream's head), but in decoes based on Generation 1 Starscream, Thundercracker, and Skywarp.
  • While the Skywarp look-alike is never explicitly seen teleporting, its sudden disappearance, followed by it reapeparing in the sky, does seem to indicate that it might share its template's powers.
