The senior engineer is the human in charge of the Stanley Lake hydro dam. He may not have heard of Transformers, but he'll sure as heck stand up to any giant robots which invade his dam.

When the Decepticons invaded the dam, the senior engineer stood up to them, demanding to know why they were there. Rumble promptly threw him into the lake. The senior engineer swam to the other side of the lake, where he encountered the Autobots. Jazz soon allayed his fears, and the senior engineer swapped notes with Optimus Prime. Once the other Autobots had drawn the Decepticons out of the dam, Jazz and the senior engineer returned to the control room, where they opened the sluice gates. The water they unleashed washed away the Decepticons, but not the Autobots who had wisely vacated the area. As Jazz and the engineers celebrated, they were interrupted by Ravage, but the Autobots soon saw him off as well, and the senior engineer and his men were able to go back to their work. Menace at the Dam
