Sergeant Noble is an Autobot-allied human from the Dark of the Moon portion of the movie continuity family.
There is no evidence that he becomes an eyeless dragon when enraged.

Sergeant Christophe Jasper Nolazco, codenamed Noble, has been everywhere and done nearly everything. When presented with the opportunity to work with the Autobots Tailpipe and Pinpointer, tracking down Decepticons to the ends of the earth, he jumped at the chance. Now Noble has a ride to the remotest wildernesses there are, and the longtime Autobot pair have a third team member to make them even better at what they do.

Born in Billings, Montana, Jasper Nolazco developed strong wanderlust from splitting time between his divorced parents. In college he discovered his love of international travel and after graduating from the University of North Dakota joined the U.S. Army, volunteering for any assignment that came his way, especially if it meant traveling somewhere new. He jumped at the chance to join NEST and proved to be the perfect guide for Tailpipe in tracking down the Decepticons across the globe. Nolazco gained his nickname from his slight French accent, which sometimes made him seem aloof despite his down-to-Earth personality. Ask Vector Prime, 2015/09/03
